Shipping Policy
We ship orders once a week via trusted couriers from Barcelona, Spain.
All shipments include a tracking number and require a signature upon delivery.
Estimated delivery times
Europe: 5 business days
International: 10 business days
All prices include applicable VAT. However, for orders shipped outside the EU, additional import taxes and customs duties may apply depending on the destination country. The recipient is responsible for any such fees and must comply with all local customs regulations. Customs clearance procedures may occasionally cause delivery delays.
If an order is unclaimed and returned to us, we will contact you regarding reshipment. In such cases, a new shipping fee may apply.
Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the limited edition nature of our books and products, all sales are final,
and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@patriciaarmada.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement (if available) or a refund where applicable.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds for: items that have been used or altered, orders placed in error and items purchased on sale or during special promotions.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. If you need to cancel an order before it is processed, please contact us as soon as possible at info@patriciaarmada.com.
